Fundamental analysis is a set of actions based on the study of various factors and forces that affect the change in the value of the national currency of a country. Unlike technical analysis, this method is more analytical in nature, and the accuracy of the forecasts of currency movements depends on the accuracy of the analyst's conclusions. Fundamental analysis is based on the study of social, political and economic indicators of the country, the currency of which is of interest to the trader. This method of analysis is quite complicated and not many traders use it due to the lack of economic knowledge and experience in the Forex market.
